Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales, business development, or partnerships experience at PSPs, fintechs, banks, or crypto firms.
• Proven track record in originating and closing multi-stakeholder deals including legal and compliance workstreams.
• Deep understanding of payments, trading ecosystems, stablecoins, and digital wallets.

Responsibilities

• Originate new partnerships with PSPs, fintechs, and banks; develop tailored engagement strategies.
• Manage the full deal lifecycle from diligence through negotiation and close to post-launch growth.
• Lead discussions with senior stakeholders and translate Coinbase capabilities into value propositions.
• Collaborate with Product, Account Management, Solutions Architecture, Legal, and Sales teams for onboarding.
• Advise on infrastructure roadmap by sharing market insights from the field.
