Coinbase is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for the Infrastructure team to originate and grow partnerships with PSPs, fintechs, and banks targeting stablecoin solutions on Coinbase’s platform.

You will manage the full deal lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate crypto capabilities into client value while engaging senior stakeholders and driving revenue growth.

Formación

• At least 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships at PSPs, fintechs, banks, or crypto companies.

Responsabilidades

• Originate new partnerships with PSPs, fintechs, and banks and grow existing relationships.
• Manage full deal lifecycle from diligence to close and post-launch growth.
• Lead conversations with senior stakeholders and translate Coinbase capabilities into value propositions.
• Partner with Product, Legal, and Sales teams to support onboarding and integration.
• Shape roadmap by advocating for partner needs and market insights.
