Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects for Financial Services sector clients. You will oversee budget, schedule, procurement, quality and risk, interfacing with clients to define scope and resources.

This hybrid role requires 2-3 days in the office per week, with on-site presence during project duration and occasional non-traditional hours. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 6+ years in project management or construction.
• MS Office proficiency including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for real estate projects.
• Interface with clients to define project requirements including scope, budget, cash flow and milestones.
• Identify resources, conduct RFQs, bid analyses and lead interviews with clients.
• Implement communication plans and governance for project documentation and meetings.
• Monitor progress against budgets and timelines; craft action plans to meet objectives.
• Assess change requests, manage scope impacts, and implement mitigation strategies.
