Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver multi-discipline real estate and infrastructure projects for Financial Services sector clients. The role is hybrid, with office in San Antonio 2–3 days per week, and requires strong leadership across budget, schedule, procurement, quality and risk.

You will interface with clients, prepare scopes, budgets, milestones, and change orders while guiding teams through design, construction and closeout. US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 6+ years of related experience in project management/construction.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) is required.
• Ability to work on site regularly and adapt to non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for real estate projects from planning to closeout.
• Interface with clients to define project requirements and prepare scope of work, budgets, cash flow, milestones, and risk plans.
• Identify resources, issue RFPs, conduct bid analyses, and lead evaluation interviews for project delivery.
• Implement communication plans, governance, and maintain project documentation and data integrity.
