Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead infrastructure and multi-disciplined real estate solutions for Financial Services sector clients. You will manage budgets, schedules, and procurement, interfacing with clients to define scope and deliverables.

The role is hybrid, requiring on-site presence 2–3 times per week, with responsibilities spanning planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout, plus risk and change management throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• BS Degree and at least 6 years of related experience and or training is required of industry trends, project management and construction procedures and best practices.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and ability to complete administrative tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet close deadlines and be on site regularly during project duration with flexibility for non-traditional hours.
• Ability to analyze sophisticated information, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines and develop plans to address issues.
• Strong interpersonal skills with initiative to prioritize multiple tasks in a robust environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for real estate projects from planning to closeout.
• Interface with clients to define requirements; prepare scope, budgets, cash flow, milestones, and risk plans.
• Identify resources and evaluate proposals; lead bid analyses and interviews.
• Implement communication plans, governance, and documentation; ensure data integrity and timely reporting.
• Supervise progress, craft action plans to meet objectives and budgets.
• Implement change management and assess change requests for scope, budget, and risk.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans.
