Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary real estate projects for Financial Services clients. You will manage scope, budgets, schedules, procurement and risk, interfacing with clients to define requirements and drive successful delivery.

The role is hybrid, with on-site presence 2–3 days per week, and requires strong communication, planning, and governance skills to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BS degree and at least 6 years of related experience in project management and construction procedures.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Ability to work on-site regularly and be flexible with non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for real estate projects from planning through closeout.
• Interface with clients to define requirements, prepare scope, budgets, cash flow, schedules and milestones.
• Identify resources, oversee RFPs, bid analyses, and vendor interviews; lead resource recommendations.
• Implement communication plans and project governance; ensure data integrity and timely documentation.
• Supervise progress against budgets and timelines; develop action plans to meet objectives.
• Implement change management, assess change requests, secure client approvals, and issue change orders.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation and contingency plans, and implement actions to reduce risk.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
