Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead infrastructure programs for Financial Services clients, owning scope, budgets and schedule while ensuring quality.

The role is hybrid, requiring 2–3 days in the office weekly and strong collaboration with clients and project teams to drive delivery and risk management. You will oversee multidisciplinary real estate projects and ensure governance and data integrity across all project phases.

Qualifications

• BS degree and at least 6 years of related experience.
• Proficient with MS Office; able to manage budgets and schedules.
• Ability to work on-site regularly during project duration and flex hours.
• Strong client-facing communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
• Interface directly with clients to define project requirements. Prepares scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, cash flow, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
• Identify project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification process; conducts standard to sophisticated request for proposals; completes bid analysis; leads evaluation interviews, recommends resources to clients.
• Implement communication plans for meetings, written reports and meeting minutes to ensure client and project resources are advised in real time. Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements. Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated. Facilitates project meetings.
• Supervise progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines. Reports status and variances. Crafts action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule.
• Implement change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure client approvals, and issue change orders. Assesses change requests to resolve impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk.
• Demonstrate ability to identify project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
