Job summary

Turner & Townsend, a global professional services firm, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects and larger programs for Financial Services clients. You will manage scope, budget, schedule, procurement, and risk, with direct client interface and governance.

This hybrid role requires in-office presence 2-3 days per week and a BS degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience, plus strong MS Office skills and the ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• BS Degree and at least 6 years of related experience in project management and construction procedures.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Ability to work on-site regularly during project duration and be flexible with hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
• Interface with clients to define project requirements; prepares scope of work, budget, cash flow, schedule and milestones.
