Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead infrastructure programs for Financial Services sector clients, accountable for delivering scope, budgets, schedules, procurement and risk management across multi-disciplined real estate projects.

This hybrid role requires in-office presence 2-3 days per week and provides the opportunity to partner with clients, manage resources, and drive project performance from initiation through closeout.

Qualifications

• BS Degree and at least 6 years of related experience in project management/construction.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while on-site regularly.
• Strong interpersonal skills and initiative to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Experience delivering infrastructure projects for real estate and/or financial services sectors.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for real estate projects from planning to closeout.
• Interface with clients to define requirements, scope, budgets, cash flow, milestones, and risk.
• Lead resource selection, bids, evaluations, and client-approved resource allocation.
• Implement communication plans, governance, and project documentation across teams.
• Monitor progress against budgets and timelines; craft action plans to meet objectives.
• Assess change requests, secure client approvals, and issue change orders.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and implement contingency actions.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
