Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multi-disciplined infrastructure and real estate projects for Financial Services clients. The role involves managing budgets, schedules, procurement and risk with client-facing accountability.

The position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence 2–3 days per week, in the United States. Candidates should have a BS degree and 6+ years of related experience, and be able to work on-site and adapt to flexible hours.

Qualifications

• BS Degree and at least 6 years of related experience in project management and construction practices.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Ability to work on-site regularly during project duration and adapt to non-traditional hours.
• Strong analytical, organizational and prioritization skills under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and self-management with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of project management including budget, schedule, procurement, quality and risk for real estate projects.
• Interface with clients to define scope, provide cost estimates, budgets, cash flow, milestones and risk plans.
• Identify resources, conduct RFIs/RFPs, evaluate bids and recommend resources to clients.
• Implement communication plans, governance, and ensure data integrity and documentation.
• Monitor progress, craft action plans to meet objectives within budget and schedule.
