Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead infrastructure and multi-discipline real estate programs for Financial Services clients. You will oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and risk with direct client interaction.

The role is hybrid, requiring 2–3 days in the office per week and frequent coordination across teams. A BS degree and 6+ years of related experience are expected.

Qualifications

• BS Degree and at least 6 years of related experience or training in project management and construction procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for real estate projects.
• Interface with clients to define project requirements, prepare scope of work, budget, cash flow and milestones.
• Identify delivery resources, conduct RFPs, bid analyses, and lead vendor/consultant selections.
• Implement communication plans, governance, and documentation for real-time client updates and progress tracking.
• Monitor progress against budgets and schedules; craft action plans to meet objectives.
• Assess change requests, secure approvals, and issue change orders; manage scope, cost, and risk.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation and contingency plans.
