Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager in a hybrid role located in the United States, Illinois, Chicago. You will lead multi-disciplinary real estate projects and large programs, interfacing with clients to define requirements and manage budgets, schedules, and risks.

The role requires a BS degree with 6+ years of related experience and proficiency in MS Office. On-site presence 2–3 days per week is expected, with a base salary range of $140K–$155K USD and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• BS Degree and at least 6 years of related experience in project management and construction procedures.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and be on site regularly during project duration.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for real estate projects from planning to closeout.
• Interface with clients to define project requirements, prepare scope, budgets, cash flow and milestones.
• Identify resources, conduct RFPs, bid analyses, and lead evaluation interviews for clients.
• Implement communication plans, governance, and document management with real-time updates.
• Monitor progress, report status/variances, and craft action plans to meet objectives.
• Implement change management processes and assess impacts to scope, budget, and schedule.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Other duties as assigned.
