Job summary

AV is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager in Albuquerque to lead a team of analysts and engineers supporting DBT infrastructure and enterprise platforms. You will unify communications, identity, and security services while acting as escalation for ITIL-based service desk support.

The role centers on Windows and Linux server administration, on-prem AD/DNS/VMware, cloud identity via Azure, and vendor SLAs. Strong leadership and 12–15 years in systems engineering are required.

Qualifications

• VMware and Azure certifications required.
• 12–15 years of Windows and Linux admin, automation, and management experience.
• 15+ years in Systems Administration/Engineering; ITIL V4+ Foundation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of analysts and engineers.
• Oversee Windows/Linux server administration and automation.
• Support ITIL incident management and service desk escalation.
• Manage on-prem AD, DNS, VMWare, firewalls, routing; cloud identity with Azure.
• Review third-party invoicing and SLAs with vendors.
