Job summary

AV is seeking an infrastructure engineer to ensure DBT infrastructure systems operate efficiently and to support platforms for unified communications, messaging, and identity. The role includes ITIL-based incident support to the Service Desk and regular on-premises infrastructure administration.

Responsibilities include responding to incidents, managing AD/DNS/VMware, and leveraging Azure for identity management. This is a regular, full-time position in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT management or related field.
• 8+ years in systems administration/engineering in Windows and Linux environments.
• 5–7 years of automation scripting with PowerShell or similar tools.
• ITIL V4+ Foundation knowledge and operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, responsive IT incident resolutions.
• Server administration for Windows and Linux deployments.
• Manage incident queues and day-to-day infrastructure support activities.
• Administer on-premises infrastructure: AD, DNS, VMware, firewalls, routing.
• Support identity and user management via Azure or third parties.
