AV in Maryland is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to oversee DBT Infrastructure systems and a team of analysts and engineers. The role focuses on unifying communications, messaging and identity for a seamless user experience and includes escalation support for ITIL-aligned service desks.

Responsibilities cover server administration, on-premises services like AD/DNS/VMware, and Azure-based identity management. The role demands deep enterprise experience and ITIL knowledge.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience with Windows and Linux-based OS configuration, automation, and management.

Responsibilities

• People and team manager of team and responsibilities of its members
• Provide high quality, responsive and consistent resolutions to IT Incidents
• Server administration Windows and Linux deployment
• Managing the Infrastructure incident support queues activities on a day to day operational basis.
• On-premises infrastructure: Active Directory, DNS, VMWare, firewalls, routing
• Identity and user management solutions provided by Azure or 3rd party
• Ownership and review of 3rd party product invoicing. Ensure that incurred costs match business expectations on services provided.
• Follow-up and drive 3rd party product service level agreements to ensure services provided meet ongoing business requirements and contractual agreements with vendors
• Other duties as assigned
