You will provide escalation support per ITIL model and work with Service Desk, plus Windows and Linux server administration, AD/DNS and Azure integrations. Strong leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT management.
• 15+ years in Systems Administration/Engineering or equivalent.
• ITIL V4+ Foundation knowledge and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the infrastructure team and manage responsibilities of members.
• Provide high-quality resolutions to IT incidents.
