Job summary

AV is seeking an Infrastructure Manager to lead a team of analysts and engineers supporting DBT infrastructure and business operations. You will unify communications, messaging, and identity, resolve IT incidents, and provide escalation support per ITIL practices.

Responsibilities include managing on-prem AD/DNS/VMware, Azure identities, and 3rd party SLAs, while controlling costs and overseeing vendor invoicing.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience with Windows and Linux-based operating system configuration, automation, and management.
• 8-10 years of experience with Automation scripting including PowerShell and other configuration as code tools
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Systems Administration/Engineering
• Bachelor’s degree in the field of Information Technology Management or related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• ITIL V4+ Foundation knowledge and operations.

Responsibilities

• People and team manager of team and responsibilities of its members
• Provide high quality, responsive and consistent resolutions to IT Incidents
• Server administration Windows and Linux deployment
• Managing the Infrastructure incident support queues activities on a day to day operational basis.
• On-premises infrastructure: Active Directory, DNS, VMWare, firewalls, routing
• Identity and user management solutions provided by Azure or 3rd party
• Ownership and review of 3rd party product invoicing. Ensure that incurred costs match business expectations on services provided.
• Follow-up and drive 3rd party product service level agreements to ensure services provided meet ongoing business requirements and contractual agreements with vendors
• Other duties as assigned
