Job summary

AeroVironment, Inc. is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to oversee DBT Infrastructure systems supporting business operations.

You will lead a team of analysts and engineers, unify communications, and provide escalation support within the ITIL framework to ensure seamless user experiences. The role requires strong Windows/Linux administration, automation scripting, and hands-on management of on‑prem and Azure-based identities, with a focus on cost control and vendor SLAs.

Qualifications

• Over 12–15 years of experience with Windows and Linux-based operating system configuration, automation, and management.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, responsive resolutions to IT incidents.
• Oversee server administration and Windows/Linux deployments.
• Manage on-premises infrastructure: AD, DNS, VMware, firewalls, routing.
• Oversee identity and user management via Azure or 3rd parties.
• Review 3rd party product invoicing and SLAs.
• Drive cost alignment with business expectations for services.
