Cribl, a leading B2B SAAS data observability company, seeks a Sr Information Systems Engineer to own core IT and security systems. You will manage identity, endpoints, cloud infrastructure, and automation that scale with a fast-moving, remote-first org.

You will partner across Security, People, and Enterprise Applications to implement joiner/mover/leaver automation, IAM governance, and robust IT operations. This role reports to IT Engineering leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate IT roles with systems administration across identity, SaaS, and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on AWS (IAM, VPCs, EC2/ECS) for internal IT or SaaS platforms.
• Experience administering ServiceNow with workflow and catalog configuration.
• Direct production experience with enterprise identity providers (Okta preferred).
• Ownership of macOS/Windows endpoint management in a mid-to-large fleet.
• Scripting and automation with REST APIs/JSON; Python/PowerShell/Bash.

Responsibilities

• Own administration of our primary identity provider and joiner/mover/leaver automations.
• Administer AWS accounts for corporate IT and networking patterns.
• Manage endpoint MDM and security baselines for fleet devices.
• Serve as ServiceNow administrator for IT & Security; support ITGC/SOX controls.
• Design and maintain automation workflows across IT systems; integrate SaaS tools.
