Cribl, a remote-first, AI-enabled data observability company, seeks a Sr Information Systems Engineer to own core corporate systems including identity, endpoints, cloud infrastructure, and automation. You will partner with Security, Enterprise Applications, and People teams to design and run scalable services and workflows.

The role demands hands-on AWS administration, ServiceNow expertise, and robust endpoint management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate IT roles with identity, SaaS, and/or infrastructure in a cloud-first environment.
• Hands-on AWS administration supporting internal IT or SaaS platforms.
• ServiceNow administration including workflows, catalog items, changes, incidents, and reporting.
• Enterprise identity provider experience with SSO, lifecycle management, and access policies.
• Endpoint management for macOS/Windows with baseline configs and patch management.
• Scripting experience (Python/PowerShell/Bash) and REST API familiarity.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving, distributed environment.

Responsibilities

• Own administration of identity provider and design joiner/mover/leaver automations with least privilege and auditability.
• Administer AWS accounts for corporate IT and infrastructure including secure networking, logging, and monitoring.
• Own endpoint management for macOS and Windows via MDM (Jamf/Intune) including provisioning and baseline security.
• Serve as primary ServiceNow administrator for IT & Security including data model, catalog, SLAs and integrations.
• Design and maintain automation workflows and SaaS integrations across Okta, ServiceNow, Google Workspace, Slack, and cloud platforms.
• Evaluate, configure, and govern AI tools and MCP-based agent frameworks with proper access controls.
• Act as Tier 3 escalation for incidents and participate in on-call rotations; contribute to IT metrics and knowledge base content.
