Cribl, a leading B2B SaaS data observability company, seeks a Sr Information Systems Engineer to own core IT systems, including identity, endpoints, cloud infrastructure, and automation. You will partner with Security, Enterprise Applications, and People teams to design and operate Okta, AWS, ServiceNow, MDM, and integrated SaaS workflows at scale.

The role emphasizes least privilege, auditability, and robust on-call support in a remote-first, time-zone-spanning environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in corporate IT roles with systems admin responsibility across identity, SaaS, and/or cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on AWS administration for internal IT or SaaS platforms.
• Hands-on ServiceNow administration, workflows, catalog, and change processes.
• Experience with enterprise identity providers (Okta preferred).
• Ownership of macOS/Windows endpoint management in a mid-to-large fleet.
• Scripting experience (Python/PowerShell/Bash) and REST API usage.

Responsabilidades

• Own Cribl's core IT systems: identity, endpoints, cloud infra, and IT automation.
• Administer AWS accounts, IAM, VPCs, EC2/ECS, and secure networking patterns.
• Lead endpoint management via MDM (Jamf/Intune) with security baselines and reporting.
• Serve as primary ServiceNow administrator for IT & Security, including data models and workflows.
• Design automation workflows across IT systems and maintain SaaS integrations.
• Evaluate and govern AI tools and MCP-based agent frameworks with IT and Security.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation for incidents and contribute to IT metrics and runbooks.
