Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Information Management / Knowledge Management Specialist in Suffolk, VA to lead enterprise IM/KM strategies across the Joint Training Enterprise. You will develop dashboards, COPs, and data visualizations using Power BI and 365 tools to support senior military and civilian leaders.

You will ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity, records management, and information governance while guiding governance, metadata, collaboration solutions, and automation using Power Apps

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related field.
• 2+ years designing, developing, and administering Microsoft 365 collaboration and BI solutions (SharePoint Online, Teams, Power BI, Excel, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Experience implementing enterprise IM/KM strategies, integrating data from multiple systems, and developing governance, records management, and decision-support.
• Experience administering Microsoft SharePoint Online and 365 collaboration environments.
• Experience designing executive dashboards, KPI dashboards, COPs, and BI visualizations using Power BI and 365 technologies.
• Experience administering Teams and training users on 365 collaboration, BI, and KM tools.
• Strong analytical, presentation, data visualization, and executive briefing skills for senior leaders.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of enterprise IM and KM strategies, governance, records management, metadata, and collaboration solutions.
• Design, develop, and administer SharePoint Online, Teams, Lists, and other 365 environments while complying with DoD SRG, STIGs, Section 508, and governance requirements.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, COPs, KPI scorecards, workforce analytics, and interactive BI visualizations using Power BI, Excel, and other tools.
• Integrate and analyze data from multiple Government information systems to deliver enterprise reporting and decision-support products.
• Design and implement Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to automate workflows and improve collaboration.
• Leverage approved AI/ML capabilities to enhance knowledge discovery, document management, data analysis, and automation while maintaining governance.
• Capture, organize, and disseminate organizational knowledge, lessons learned, and best practices.
• Deliver executive briefings and training on Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, BI, and KM best practices.
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders to advance digital modernization and ensure DoD policies are followed.
