Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Information Management / Knowledge Management Specialist to lead enterprise IM/KM, BI, and digital collaboration for the Joint Staff J-7 DDJTE in Suffolk, VA. You will build executive dashboards, COPs, and data visualizations using Microsoft 365 tools while ensuring DoD governance and cybersecurity compliance.

The role requires active DoD clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI, US citizenship, and on-site work in Suffolk, VA.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, BI, or related field.
2+ years designing, developing, and administering Microsoft 365 collaboration and BI solutions.
Experience implementing enterprise IM/KM strategies and governance.

Responsibilities

Lead IM and KM strategies, governance, and collaboration solutions.
Design and administer SharePoint Online, Teams, Lists, and 365 environments.
Develop executive dashboards, COPs, KPI scorecards, and data visualizations.
Integrate data from multiple systems to deliver enterprise reporting and analytics.
Design Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to automate reporting and collaboration.
Travel up to 10% and communicate complex tech to leaders.
