Serco Inc. in Suffolk, VA is seeking a Senior Information Management / Knowledge Management (IM/KM) Specialist to lead enterprise IM/KM, BI, COPs, and data visualization across the Joint Training Enterprise.

2+ years designing and administering Microsoft 365 collaboration and BI solutions.

Experience implementing IM and KM strategies with governance and records management.

Responsibilities

Lead IM and KM strategies, governance, metadata, and collaboration solutions using Microsoft 365.
Design, develop, and administer SharePoint Online, Teams, Lists, and 365 environments per DoD SRG/STIGs.
Develop executive dashboards, COPs, KPI scorecards, workforce analytics, and BI visualizations.
Integrate data from multiple systems to deliver enterprise reporting and analytics.
Build Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to automate reporting and improve collaboration.
Utilize AI capabilities to enhance discovery, data analysis, and automation where authorized.
Capture, organize, and disseminate organizational knowledge and lessons learned.
Deliver executive briefings and training on 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, and KM best practices.
