Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Information Management / Knowledge Management (IM/KM) Specialist to lead enterprise IM/KM, BI, and data visualization initiatives in Suffolk, VA.

You will develop enterprise knowledge solutions, executive dashboards, COPs, and data-driven decision-support products for senior leaders, leveraging Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate while ensuring DoD governance.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship and a Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT/CS/IS/Data Analytics/BI or related field.
• 2+ years designing and administering Microsoft 365 collaboration and BI solutions (SharePoint Online, Teams, Power BI, Excel, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Experience implementing enterprise IM/KM strategies, data integration across systems, and governance/records management.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of enterprise IM and KM strategies, governance, records management, metadata, and collaboration solutions using Microsoft 365.
• Design and administer SharePoint Online, Teams, Lists, and other 365 environments with DoD SRG/STIG compliance.
• Develop executive dashboards, COPs, KPI scorecards, workforce analytics, and data visualizations using Power BI and Excel.
• Integrate and analyze data from multiple Government systems to deliver enterprise reporting and decision-support.
• Design Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to automate workflows and improve collaboration.
• Leverage AI capabilities to enhance knowledge discovery and data analysis while maintaining governance.
