Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Information Management/Knowledge Management Specialist to lead enterprise IM/KM, BI, and digital collaboration for the Joint Staff J-7 in Suffolk, VA. You will shape governance, data visualization, and executive reporting across the Joint Training Enterprise, leveraging SharePoint Online, Teams, Power BI, and Power Apps.

The role requires DoD security clearance, DoD SRG/STIG compliance, and on-site work in Suffolk with occasional travel.

Qualifications

Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI.
U.S. Citizenship.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT/CS/IS/Data Analytics or related discipline.
2+ years designing, developing, and administering Microsoft 365 BI/Collaboration solutions.
Experience implementing IM and KM strategies, data governance, and reporting.
Experience administering SharePoint Online and 365 environments.
Experience designing executive dashboards and KPI COPs using Power BI & 365.
Experience administering Teams and training users.
Strong analytical, presentation, data visualization, and briefing skills.
Willing to travel up to 10%.
Must possess/obtain a valid U.S. Passport.
On-site in Suffolk, Virginia.

Responsibilities

Lead IM and KM strategies, governance, metadata, and collaboration solutions using Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
Design, develop, and administer SharePoint Online, Teams, Lists, ensuring SRG/STIG/compliance.
Develop and maintain executive dashboards, COPs, KPI scorecards, workforce analytics, visualizations.
Integrate and analyze data from multiple government information systems for enterprise reporting.
Design and implement Power Apps and Power Automate to automate workflows and reporting.
Leverage AI capabilities to enhance knowledge discovery while maintaining governance.
Capture and disseminate organizational knowledge and lessons learned.
Develop and deliver executive briefings and training on MS 365 and BI practices.
Collaborate with government stakeholders on digital modernization and DoD policies.
