Job summary
Serco is seeking a Senior Information Management / Knowledge Management Specialist to lead enterprise IM/KM initiatives for the Joint Staff J-7 DDJTE in Suffolk, VA. You will drive knowledge solutions, executive dashboards, COPs, and data visualizations that transform training, readiness, and operations data into decision-support products for senior leaders.
You will implement and govern Microsoft 365 solutions (SharePoint Online, Teams, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) while ensuring
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, CS, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 2+ years designing and administering Microsoft 365-based collaboration and BI solutions (SharePoint Online, Teams, Power BI, Excel, Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Experience implementing enterprise IM and KM strategies, data integration from multiple systems, and governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead IM and KM strategies, governance, records management, metadata, and collaboration solutions using Microsoft 365.
- Design and administer SharePoint Online, Teams, Lists, and other 365 environments with DoD SRG and STIG compliance.
- Develop executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, COPs, and data visualizations using Power BI and Excel.
