Job summary

Serco seeks a Senior Information Management / Knowledge Management (IM/KM) Specialist to lead enterprise IM/KM, BI, and collaboration efforts for the Joint Staff J-7 in Suffolk, VA. You will develop enterprise knowledge solutions, executive dashboards, COPs, and data visualizations to support senior leaders.

You will use Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint Online, Teams, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and government AI capabilities, ensuring DoD cybersecurity, records management, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience designing and administering Microsoft 365 collaboration and BI solutions (SharePoint Online, Teams, Power BI, Excel, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Experience implementing enterprise IM/KM strategies, data integration, and governance.
• Experience administering SharePoint Online and 365 environments.
• Ability to design executive dashboards, KPI dashboards, COPs, and BI visuals using Power BI.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and ability to obtain/maintain DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of enterprise IM and KM strategies, governance, records management, metadata, and collaboration solutions using Microsoft 365.
• Design, develop, and administer SharePoint Online, Teams, Lists, and other 365 environments with SRG, STIGs, and information governance in mind.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, COPs, KPI scorecards, workforce analytics, and BI visuals.
• Integrate data from multiple government systems to deliver enterprise reporting and decision-support.
• Design and implement Power Apps and Power Automate to automate workflows and reporting.
• Leverage AI capabilities to enhance knowledge management while ensuring governance.
