Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Information Management / Knowledge Management Specialist in Suffolk, VA. You will lead enterprise IM/KM, BI, and digital collaboration across the Joint Training Enterprise, leveraging Microsoft 365 tools to transform data into decision-ready visuals for senior leaders.
The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI, U.S. Citizenship, and a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Qualifications
- Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, CS, IS, Data Analytics, BI, or related field.
- 2+ years designing, developing, and administering Microsoft 365 BI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead IM/KM strategies, governance, records management, metadata, and collaboration solutions.
- Design and administer SharePoint Online, Teams, Lists, and 365 environments.
- Develop executive dashboards, COPs, KPI scorecards, and analytics using Power BI and Excel.
- Integrate data from multiple government/information systems for enterprise reporting and decision support.
- Develop Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to automate workflows.
