Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Director/Senior Director, Industry Strategist for the Global Life Sciences Acceleration Hub. This senior role blends industry insight with delivery expertise to drive accelerators, artifacts, and adoption across SF-led and partner programs.

You will influence GTM strategy and educate Sales, Industry Advisors, and Services Sales teams. You will work with executive stakeholders, guide builder teams, and ensure solutions align with regulatory requirements while delivering

Qualifications

• 10+ years in life sciences/commercial pharma; senior leadership experience (12+ preferred for Senior Director).
• Extensive CRM implementation experience in commercial pharma or as product owner/stakeholder on CRM projects.
• Ability to map ecosystem roles/personas to product capabilities and identify gaps.

Responsibilities

• Set industry POV strategy on trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive positioning across life sciences.
• Partner with product/engineering/sales to map business processes to product capabilities.
• Define personas (MSLs, FSRs) and ensure templates exist to implement at scale.
