Salesforce is seeking a Director/Senior Director, Industry Strategist for the Global Life Sciences Acceleration Hub. You’ll drive industry insights, map customer journeys to product capabilities, and guide delivery across SF-led and partner programs.

You’ll educate sales teams, shape GTM strategy, and act as a senior external voice with customers during implementation. The role requires deep pharma knowledge, CRM implementation leadership, and the ability to influence at the C-level with

Qualifications

• 10+ years in life sciences/commercial pharma.
• Extensive CRM implementation experience.
• Ability to map roles/personas to product capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of life sciences regulations.
• Senior-level advisory or program leadership experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Set the industry point-of-view strategy on trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive positioning across life sciences.
• Map customers' business processes and journeys against product capabilities for key personas.
• Define business processes for personas like MSLs or FSRs and identify gaps.
• Guide builder teams to create usable industry accelerators and delivery artifacts and drive adoption.
• Advise executive stakeholders toward modern, compliant approaches without sacrificing capabilities.
• Coach partners and Salesforce consultants on industry best practices and value narratives.
• Collaborate with GTM strategy and educate Sales, Industry Advisor, and Services Sales teams.
• Represent the company as a thought leader through webinars, talks, and briefings.
• Own reporting on velocity, adoption of accelerators, and delivery insights.
