Job summary
Salesforce seeks a Director/Senior Director, Industry Strategist for its Global Life Sciences Acceleration Hub. You will drive CRM strategy and implementation insights across the life sciences ecosystem, shaping product direction and GTM playbooks while partnering with executives and delivery teams to accelerate customer outcomes.

Qualifications
- 10+ years in life sciences/commercial pharma with deep domain expertise
- Experience implementing CRM solutions in commercial pharma
- Ability to map ecosystem roles/personas to product/tech capabilities
- Deep knowledge of life sciences regulatory requirements
- Proven track record leading or advising implementations
- Experience coaching consultants, partners, or sales teams
- Strong executive presence with ability to address C-level audiences
- Comfortable moving fast with incomplete information
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/forecasting tools a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Set industry point-of-view strategy on trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive positioning across life sciences
- Map customers' business processes to product capabilities for key personas
- Guide builder teams to create usable industry accelerators and delivery artifacts
- Advise customers and executives throughout implementation journeys
- Collaborate with sales, services, and GTM teams to shape value narratives
- Contribute to global GTM strategy and enablement content
