Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned products, attachments, and services in Landscaping and Snow segments.
• Identify market opportunities and customer challenges to shape the product roadmap.
• Represent Caterpillar at trade associations, conferences, and customer events.
• Educate Field Reps and Dealers on industry knowledge and solution-selling.
• Support strategic accounts with the Managed Accounts team.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across field, dealer, product, sales, marketing, engineering.
