Responsibilities include industry expertise, customer consulting, go-to-market, managed accounts support, and field/dealer enablement.

Qualifications

• Experience working with customers, dealers, or sales teams within Landscaping and Snow segments to understand needs and support product adoption.
• Ability to translate data into opportunities, improve efficiency, and influence commercial or product decisions.
• Strong track record of turning technical product knowledge into practical customer solutions and sales enablement assets.
• Experience coordinating with landscape and snow associations, product, sales, marketing, engineering, and dealer teams to align priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for BCP/Caterpillar solutions within assigned industry segments.
• Monitor industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities.
• Develop integrated solutions aligned to customer outcomes and value propositions.
• Partner with Managed Accounts teams to support strategic accounts and build stakeholder relationships.
• Educate Field Reps and Dealers on industry knowledge and solution selling.
