Job summary

Honeywell seeks a Senior Technical Sales Representative to drive growth for industrial sensors and electronic components across OEMs, manufacturing and industrial customers in the Southeast territory.

You will combine strong technical product knowledge with consultative selling, manage the full B2B sales cycle, and travel ~50% to engage engineers, distributors, and decision-makers. Proximity to Atlanta preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of direct technical sales for industrial sensors or automation components.
• Experience selling to OEMs, manufacturers, or distributors.
• Ability to travel and communicate with engineers and buyers.
• Proximity to Atlanta preferred; NC/SC considered as secondary locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales of industrial sensors, electronic components, and related solutions.
• Build relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, engineering teams, system integrators, distributors, and other customers.
• Identify new opportunities and expand existing accounts in the territory.
• Collaborate with customer teams to understand applications and recommend products.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account development.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline and accurate forecasts.
• Coordinate with product, applications, marketing, and channel teams to support requirements.
• Develop distributor and channel relationships to increase market penetration.
• Travel regularly to support customers, distributors, and new business initiatives.
