Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Sales Representative to drive growth in industrial sensors, electronic components, and related solutions across OEMs, manufacturers, and industrial customers.

You will blend technical product knowledge with consultative selling to expand territory and engage engineers, distributors, and technical decision-makers. The role requires a strong technical-sales background in industrial components and a proven track record in territory

Formación

• 3–5+ years in direct technical sales of industrial sensors or related components.
• Experience selling to OEMs, manufacturers, and industrial customers.
• Proven success in developing and managing a geographic sales territory.
• Ability to communicate technical product value to engineers and decision-makers.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and grow sales of industrial sensors and related solutions in the assigned territory.
• Build relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, engineering teams, distributors, and other industrial customers.
• Identify opportunities and expand existing accounts through proactive territory development.
• Collaborate with customer engineering, purchasing, operations to tailor solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account development.
• Maintain strong opportunity pipeline and accurate sales forecasts.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, marketing, and channel teams to meet requirements.
• Develop distributor and channel relationships to increase market penetration.
• Travel regularly to support customers and new business development.
