Job summary

JE Dunn Construction in Kansas City, MO seeks an experienced Superintendent to plan, manage and execute on complex projects within our Advanced Facilities Group. You will lead safety culture, oversee subcontractors, materials, and schedules to achieve timely and profitable completion in line with JE Dunn’s values.

The role requires strong communication, people management, and cost control skills, with a track record in self-perform work coordination and project coordination across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction experience.
• 3+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience with Lean principles (Preferred).
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and execute on assigned projects with some complexity.
• Oversee safety, quality and cost controls and ensure documentation.
• Coordinate subcontractors, staff, and materials to meet project goals.
• Develop and manage project schedule and budget.
• Lead project meetings and progress reporting.
