Job summary

JE Dunn Construction’s Advanced Facilities Group seeks a Superintendent to plan, manage and execute complex projects in the construction industry.

You will lead safety, coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, budgets, and quality, communicating with owners, design teams and authorities to deliver on time and within budget.

This role requires 5+ years in construction, 3+ years field supervision, and a degree preferred; travel may be required; valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of construction experience.
• 3+ years of field supervision experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• Lean principles experience preferred.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Direct project planning, scheduling and cost control.
• Oversee project site logistics, QA/QC and documentation.
• Coordinate with owners, design teams and authorities.
• Assist in project pursuits and negotiations.
