Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in innovation, strategy, or related field a plus.
• Track record in customer and market insight, concept validation, and scaling new propositions.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and executive communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Originate and sell client programs that identify, validate, and scale growth opportunities for Industrials clients.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify high-value opportunities using customer insights, market analysis, and competitive scanning.
• Size growth opportunities with large-scale data sets and market intelligence; test concepts with evidence.
• Guide go-to-market and scaling strategies for validated opportunities; mentor team members to strengthen advisory capabilities.
