The role emphasizes evidence-based decision-making, strong client relationships, and mentoring colleagues as you drive transformative propositions across Automotive, Manufacturing, and Logistics sectors.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or product/service design and launch within Industrials (Automotive, Manufacturing, Logistics).
• MBA or related innovation program experience is a plus.
• Strong research and analysis skills demonstrated.
• Experience with concept testing, prototyping, or agile product/service development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Originate c-suite level work within the Industrials sector, partnering across strategy and customer experience practices to bring growth solutions to senior client leaders.
• Partner with client executives to define growth priorities aligned to customer needs and market shifts.
• Build and sustain trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders and maintain a strong growth pipeline.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify high-value opportunities via customer insight, market analysis, and competitive scanning.
• Leverage large-scale data sets, surveys, market intelligence, and financial modeling to size growth opportunities.
• Pressure-test assumptions and build evidence for strategic recommendations across Industrials clients.
• Apply structured frameworks to prioritize growth initiatives by market attractiveness and feasibility.
• Guide go-to-market and scaling strategies for validated opportunities.
