Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager to originate, sell, and deliver client programs that identify, validate, and scale new customer-led growth opportunities. You will direct the strategic agenda, test ideas with evidence, and guide them to market launch and scale.

Lead cross-functional teams across strategy and Song practices, shaping priorities with client executives and driving growth through validated opportunities. Strong executive communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or product/service design and launch within the consumer goods space.
• Proven experience in consulting engagements with measurable impact.
• Track record in customer and market insight, concept validation, and scaling new propositions.
• Experience or genuine interest in consumer goods, retail or hospitality & travel.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
• Deep understanding of quantitative data sets and some financial modeling also preferred.

Responsibilities

• Originate, sell, and deliver client programs that identify, validate, and scale new growth opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional teams in identifying high-value opportunities through customer insight and market analysis.
• Shape and sell growth work spanning strategy and Song practices.
