Qualifications

Experience leading digital transformation, customer experience, commercial strategy, sales effectiveness, product experience, or platform-related initiatives.
Strong understanding of complex B2B buying journeys, industrial channels, dealer or distributor ecosystems, and aftermarket services.
Experience with AI-driven customer experiences, conversational interfaces, digital ecosystem trends, or machine-readable data structures.
Understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, product information management, commerce platforms, product experience optimization, or API-based integrations.
Experience collaborating with engineering, product, data, or platform leadership to prioritize AI-readiness initiatives on technical roadmaps.
Proven ability to lead complex programs, manage cross-functional teams, and influence senior client stakeholders.
Experience developing strategic roadmaps and translating them into actionable delivery plans and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead major workstreams mapping industrial buyer journeys influenced by agents.
Identify friction points and redesign journeys around AI-driven behavior.
Translate trends into use cases, GTM plays, and roadmaps.
Advise senior client leaders across direct, dealer, distributor, marketplace and procurement ecosystems.
Lead digital experience and discoverability initiatives across AI-enabled environments.
Define strategies to improve findability across search, procurement platforms, and partner ecosystems.
Guide content, UX, product, and platform teams for human and machine decision-making.
Oversee optimization of product pages and service journeys.
Define pricing, availability, lead times, and contract terms for real-time agent answers.
Partner with engineering and data leaders for integration approaches.
Lead scalable AI-assisted quoting and service transactions.
Establish data quality, monitoring, and governance frameworks.
Identify gaps affecting citation, recommendations, or transaction reliability.
Define governance across business units and partners.
Collaborate with legal, security, and risk on privacy and responsible AI.
Lead data readiness for analytics, personalization, and AI use cases.
Identify data improvements for decision-making and renewal.
