Acloché LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager for industrial EPC projects in the Houston area. The role focuses on leading large electrical or mechanical construction programs from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating clients, executives, field teams, and subcontractors.

You will drive project performance, manage budgets and schedules, and mentor project staff while ensuring adherence to safety standards and contractual obligations. Extensive travel and a per diem are included.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent education/experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical, mechanical, industrial, utility, or EPC construction; 5+ years on large projects.
• Demonstrated success leading multimillion-dollar projects in data centers, mining, oil & gas, petrochemicals, or industrial facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership for large-scale electrical, mechanical, or industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project financials including budgets, forecasting, cash flow, and change orders.
• Direct and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to meet objectives and schedules.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, owners, GC, and stakeholders; serve as primary contact for performance and negotiations.
• Oversee scheduling, procurement, labor productivity, and material management to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure OSHA safety standards and project codes compliance across sites; promote safety culture.
• Provide mentorship to project managers and engineers and drive process improvement.
