Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or related STEM field with 10+ years in industry.
• Proven leadership directing engineering/manufacturing teams with clear priorities.
• Strong background in standards development, workflow analysis, and layout optimization.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing industrial engineering team supporting plant operations.
• Provide strategic direction for operations design, optimizing workflows, standards, and layouts to improve throughput.
• Govern methods to maximize utilization of facilities, equipment, and personnel across the site.
• Sponsor cost control, inventory, quality improvements, and production data systems with measurable impact.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean tools and design for manufacturing to meet safety, schedule, cost, and quality goals.
• Set standard use of CORE, Tableau, MES data, and simulation tools to develop visual metrics and data-driven decisions.
• Lead cross-functional workshops across manufacturing, facilities, safety, quality, and supply chain.
