Northrop Grumman seeks a Manager of Production Operations 3 at its Elkton, MD PS&C facility. You will lead multi-shift production, drive lean initiatives, and ensure safety, quality, and DoD compliance across high-rate manufacturing, including energetic materials handling.

You will mentor supervisors and managers, coordinate with Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering, and manage budgets/EVMS for key programs. US citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in manufacturing/engineering.
• 8+ years leading 50+ staff.
• Ability to obtain Secret clearance; US citizenship required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee large-scale manufacturing operations and shift schedules.
• Drive lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance (DoD, OSHA, environmental).
• Lead cross-functional teams with QA, Supply Chain, Engineering and HR to resolve bottlenecks and implement NPI safely.
• Develop budgets, CapEx planning, and cost control for department.
• Prepare Bases of Estimates for proposals and manage EVMS-based cost/schedule tracking.
• Track KPIs related to safety, production, quality, and output at campus level.
