Responsibilities

Analyze and design sequences of operations, workflows, and layouts to improve efficiency.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives including 5S/TPM and RCCA analysis.
Use data tools to create visual shop metrics and drive improvement roadmaps.
Develop and implement facility and operating method changes; support safety improvements.
Lead cross-functional workshops to standardize improvements across departments.
