Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering or related STEM field with 5+ years of experience in Ops Eng or Manufacturing.
• Master’s degree in Science, Engineering or related STEM field with 3+ years in Ops Eng or Manufacturing.
• Able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

• Monitor labor performance and develop improvement plans.
• Monitor capital resource loading and plan capacity management.
• Coordinate facility capital plan execution.
