Qualifications

• Must have 12 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment (or 8 years with a Bachelor's, or 6 with a Master's).
• Excellent verbal communication skills with technician staff, manufacturing support personnel, and management.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance (US citizenship required).
• Experience with proposal support and basis of estimates (BOE) for labor and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate energetic mixing and casting operations while ensuring safety and quality objectives.
• Plan, manage, and control production schedules to meet production/delivery requirements.
• Oversee work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems to keep resources available.
• Maintain ownership of KPIs driving process control, continuous improvement, and efficiency.
• Provide direction and training to employees for operational success.
