Graybar is seeking a senior Automation & Control Sales Leader to direct a high-tech team across a territory, pursuing opportunities, securing orders, and collaborating with customers and suppliers. This role emphasizes strategic planning, team development, and strong client engagement to grow automation solutions.

You will develop district automation plans, drive specifications, and lead pre/post-sales support while aligning with Schneider Electric’s IAD program.

Qualifikationen

• 11+ years in automation and control sales.
• Management experience preferred.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop district automation plans with automation personnel to create and implement a district automation plan.
• Oversee the business development of new automation/control customers.
• Develop automation team for pre and post-sales support.
• Drive automation/control specifications within assigned territory.
• Evaluate automation/control business trends for opportunities and risks in the district.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key automation/control customers and suppliers.
• Develop and implement tools and training programs to support automation opportunities.
• Participate in Schneider Electric’s IAD program status and requirements.
