Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years in incident management or related IT roles.
• Deep ITIL knowledge and runbook governance.
• Experience with incident management tools and reporting.
• Excellent written/verbal communication; ability to brief senior leadership.
• Ability to lead multiple concurrent incidents and drive consensus.
• Active SECRET clearance or ability to obtain and maintain required background investigation; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead major incident war rooms and coordinate actions.
• Enforce incident runbooks, cadence and messaging.
• Coordinate across infra, apps, cloud, and network for restoration.
• Produce executive communications and leadership updates.
• Collaborate with Problem, Change, Release, and SOC/Cyber IR.
• Run tabletop drills and audit on-call readiness.
• Coach junior staff on escalation and analysis.
• Maintain audit trails and compliance documentation.
